I got a wrong order from chawla's 2 jail road delhi
Ordered mutton tikka roll instead got a very cheap quality seekh kebab roll.
When i complained this is what i got as a reply.

happened with me, I order butter paneer masala and Naan , but i received full grilled chicken and biryani😄.
In another time i received butter paneer masala instead of butter chicken

It happens with both swiggy & zomato... Once in a while , u wont get refund even... U have to run after them... Twitter, emails, chats
