is ‘destiny’ and being fatalist intertwined?

I do. I ridicule them who believe in god or religion, but i do believe in luck. It’s very much there. That’s why one having millions can have a bad disease, whereas a poor might live on healthily. That’s why despite having everything money and whatnot, you can never have peace in your life, due to a bad marriage, or a bad son like modi or the other, it’s all on luck’s account.

However, as it’s unpredictable and you have no clue how life is gonna treat you you should keep working hard and determined if you have a goal. With hard work and persistence, you can make your own luck to an extent. Beyond that you simply have to let go.

Another thing I firmly believe in is karma but that’s another discussion.
