Correct. ASAP in its latest version is nothing but just a marketing term to select between various regular acc variants available to open via online.

I can confirm for HDFC that they allow 2 different acc variants for sure under same customer id.

Not able to open ASAP Savings account after entering aadhar otp, getting message that their team will connect with me, But I want ASAP account only for extra e debit card and also the joining offer on Savings account plus offer on Amazon and Flipkart for first 6 month via ASAP account which are not mentioned in Normal savings account opened in branch via executives. 

Any help on this

There is no ASAP savings acc for new customers in axis bank. The old ASAP acc is not available for new customers. Whatever digital acc types you see in the below charges link dropdown menu are the only ones you can open online via ASAP which is now just a marketing term to open other digital acc variants.

@guest_999 , yes bro I know that and want to open one of the Digital savings account but it's giving error and not processing after Aadhar Authentication

Have you ever opened an acc in axis before & closed it later/let it become inactive?

Also I am not sure if you get the amazon/fk offer you are hoping for with these digital accs. If it is not shown on axis website for that acc variant then most likely you won't get that offer. There will be debit card issuance charges too whether you choose physical or virtual(if opening acc online then virtual debit card is issued by default so no option to avoid debit card charges in any case).

Nope , Never opened any account with Axis earlier , but have Credit card relationship with them.
The offers are shown for all the Digital accounts , I am ready to pay the debit card charges but want only Digital variant of the account

You mean holding an axis credit card currently? Maybe the info you have originally given for axis credit card is not matching with your current aadhaar info resulting in some system error.

Mine is 5 years old account I use it for flexi fds Minmium is 0 balance I think so

Was able to complete VKYC in Axis, which was confirmed by the agent and next day got message that VKYC was bit completed, got call from same executive who completed the KYC earlier again successfully completed and after 2 days got message that VKYC failed due to technical issues. 

What to do now?
