I pay for only Airtel axis and sbi simple click card 1180,both my hdfc millania debit cards are free ,pays 177 for icici rupay plat,350x 2 for cbi rupay plat 
,so yearly total is 2057

axis ace - 500 . might close next year
hdfc millenia cc - 50 rs in the name of redemption fee
idfc wealth cc - 100 rs in the name of redmeption fee
so totally 1650 + gst .. of course I extract more benefits in lieu of the fee.

Only paid credit card is Axis Ace with annual fees Rs.499+GST, I have been using this credit card from more than 2.5 years and everytime reached more than 200k for the fee waived off.
Also, I am using three paid Rupay platinum debit cards from BOI, Kotak and PNB. Fees is around 250+GST for each debit card

None, didn't pay any fees on any card since 3 yrs, all are lifetime free, on airtel axis got joining voucher and already recovered the annual fees through cashback and on debit cards fees recovered through interest payout but currently not holding any debit card...
