2% if you are lucky enough to be allowed by amazon to use credit card as a payment option for buying GVs or not blocked by amazon for buying more than a certain amt of GVs in a month using credit card as payment option.

5x & as others mentioned it is not of much use not to mention amazon randomly disable cc as payment option for gv purchase depending on your usage pattern.
