How much penalty does SBI charge on reward forfeit?

I had around 2473 points out of which I redeemed 2000 points for GV amazon remaining 473

Now the thing is out of that 2473 was a 835 points which was given during sale discount offer. So I think SBI will levy charges on my card.

What will the amount be as I am short of around 350-60 points.

Card: SBI SimplyClick

Also another query, I did another transaction of ₹7898 which had no cashback or discount offer. This was also during sale period. Will this reward point also be forfeited?

Expected deduction for 360 points is 90rs.

There will be no deductions on that transaction which you have not got any instant discount

If they don't deduct for the transaction for which I didn't get any cashback or discount then I won't have to pay any penalty.

Also how many days after activation can I close the card account as I am not keen on continuing with such a card who bends rules everyday.

You can close your card account by doing card closure request in your app's service section after clearing your all dues
