Does anyone knows how paytm exchange works?
Generally incase of fk and amazon , pickup of exchanged item is taken at the time of delivery of ordered item but in case of paytm , it is showing as pickup after 24-48 hours of delivery.
So anyone know exactly when does pickup of exchanged item happens in paytm?

bro phone is working fine but side chrome is damaged in my old s4 as it is 3-4 years old.
Also battery drains very fast.
So will they accept it or should i cancel my order ?

Please don’t go with Paytm exchange mobile scheme.
It’s a scam.
They will sell their new phone, and will tell you they will pick up the old phone within 24-48 hours.
But actually their attitude is to reject your pick up by even looking for single hair like scratch on the body.
I mean if you are using the phone for couple of years, it’s easy for them to find single scratch on the phone, and they will reject it instantly.
After they reject you can’t even cancel you delivered order.
They just made their sale by fooling as and get away with it.
Please don’t buy mobile exchange from Paytm.
Cancel your order or else, you will get head ache.
Because they won’t pick up your calls or answer to your message even.
bro mine was picked up without any hassles.
He even didn’t checked the phone properly.

They will make any excuse to reject your pick up for old phone.

Does a broken screen and battery of other companies work for exchange anywhere.
Phone is working fine.
But the screen broke due to original battery swelling and a slight jerk on table.
Screen is flawlessly functional due to scratch guard on it.
Can it be exchanged anywhere or dustbin is its destiny.
No. If damage is visible, then no one will pick it up for exchange. You can sell it in local mobile repair shops for scrap though.
Bro if I got the new device and they rejected the old one and doesn’t cancel the received order then what will happen are they going take the exchange effected amount ?
Hey what if i do not have the box and acessiories of the phone i want to exchange does paytm accept it?

After your order is delivered, you will get message about pickup of your old phone. Their pickup partner like cashify, shadowfax will pickup the phone from you and once pickup is marked as successful you will get exchange cashback.
But they check the old phone thoroughly, so make sure there are no problems with the device, particularly physical ones. If they reject your pickup then you can’t cancel the order and you will not get any exchange cashback.
