Which cc are u using, sometimes waiver can be availed on calling customer care for sbi, axis, rbl. Icici and hdfc never gave waiver unless milestone completes.
Note: I got waiver of rbl supercard for yearly spend of only 1000 blush

Apart from what Sendhil says, one can trade in highly liquid assets like gold or others.
But if any income generated from such buying selling regularly, net of expenses, is treated as a (regular) 'business' by Income Tax Department then they would require additional returns to be filed as per 'business' income.
Once in a while is absolutely no problem, apart from the fact that any 'profit' on the sale of suchbassets would by default require to be added in the usual tax filing forms/ returns.

Other way is to settle the bills for others or check if some relative, acquaintance works at or knows someone who works at jewellery stores or at counters of malls, shops where suitcases, luggage are sold.

If any cash paying customers come there and are okaybwith the bill being settled via cards, then on an average even VIP, American Tourister type salespersons in malls often tell that how they sell thousands worth of luggage daily.

Obviously if you take the funds back in cash, it is undeclared black money.. unless you declare that it was a temporary loan to someone known and they repaid later.
