how to activate payzapp which was blocked for nonuse. One account was e adhaar verified and its time expaires and now showing blocked for non use. toll free number not answering.emiled no resposnse
another number which was not e kyc also blocked showing non use.
also not able to verify PAN as name and pan entered failed error is coming.
so any way to get these active?

@nirmaltvd I have been in the same boat as you in the past. It doesn’t matter how many times you send an email to HDFC customer care, your account is not going to be activated until you do a full KYC of your account. The only way to do so is to open a bank account in HDFC.
I would recommend going to a bank branch and discuss the issue with any account manager to get help.
So my case was an exception then? I am not an HDFC account holder.
My payzap upon calling customer care unblocked the wallet in 2 hrs
call the customer number in payzapp app (its exclusive for payzapp). they never ask any info, just say wallet block and they do instant wallet unblock.
Send mail from registered email ID to [email protected] mentioning the relevant details.
In my case it was activated within hours. They did a couple of Re 1 credit and debit details to reactivate it. That’s all. Thereafter I received cashback for a recharge as well. I had not transacted since early 2019 since they weren’t crediting CB as KYC had expired.
