I'm writing this post on behalf of my friend. He owns a diary farm. He sell milk to stores and individuals. But some consumers will not give money on time and threaten him. So he fed up with this is there anyway to access and update their cibil records on late payment or non payment for milk as a postpaid service.

This does not come under usual financial lending.

Trade disputes usually have the suppluer sometes taking post dated cheques.

If the cheques bounce, only then the system helps.

But even here, cheque issuer can instruct their banker to 'stop payment'.

Depending on the types, frequencies of 'threat' received.

Normal remedies in Cr.P.C. are there.

But the other party too can claim similar things being done by the supplier.

And on top of that, can complain about adulteratiom or product quality issues.

And no one sells usual milk with some minor muschief.

May be high end bottled milk sold by fancy farms with fake A2 claims are selling without any adulteration.

But your people, friend might anyway be coming under the parallel economy (no proper records of actual sales figues/ money earned).

Thus hard to prove, unless all paperwork and tax filing is being done.

That's  not going to happen even in Your dreams...

Only banks, NBFCs and registered finance companies can report to CIBIL
