How to avail Amazon fresh 200 CB on 800?

I have added following items in cart from Amazon Fresh totaling 827 rs but at place your order and pay page 200 CB is not showing. Will I get 200 CB?
P.S. : Not showing for both prepaid method of Amazon pay and Debit card.

Fresh is from local stores like More, Bigbazaar, Amazon Fresh. Pantry is like cloudtail. Also with Amazon Fresh, you can choose the available delivery slots and is confined to metros (I think so). Recently I observed Pantry being available for smaller towns as well, but not all items.

Looks like money stuck in Amazon pay is gone as simple order is also not allowed without associating phone number

For me cb was not showing but received before 2 hours of delivery

Some threads i read that cb not showing but will come. can’t remember if related to this or some other offer.
also what’s the difference between fresh and pantry? 🤷🏼♂️
