Use YouTube Vanced, it has multiple ads and sponsor block settings.
for me.. Youtube is big *****e some time even opening youtube app. There Adult ads on top of screen.
If you start seeing the Hindi name channel or any astrology in Hindi. Then next time your Suggestion video will be related to adults issue video or atleast there thumbnails.
stop blaming youtube/google
Google uses your browsing history and apps activities
Real culprit is you or someone from your family who is watching adult content with your login id
You can search google how to clean google history and for youtube you can find in app settings

There is difference between being modern and being pervert. What YouTube shows is from pervert point of view not modern.
