I don't know who can help, but there is a scheme which was told to me by a frnd who did internship there :
1 - they have extra discount for employees i.e employee discount,so if someone in ur known is working then u can reach out to them.
2- tanish has a scheme in which u save for 11 month and 12th installment is paid by tanish...so u can save that way

For employees, Just 10% on making charges, which u can also get by applying birthday/anniversary discount,and since its anniversary, we can get that, but actually its not much
That harvest scheme will give benefits of 7.5% after a year and anniversary is next week
