there is no option to cancel ayto renewal or cancel membership
And it is saying after this date it will autorenewed and amount debit from bb wallet i think the bb wallet become negative
Contact customer support via chat. They will assist to cancel the membership. You need to provide some reason though.
You will get option to cancel auto renew near the days your subscription will end.
If it auto renews you will have 15 days to cancel. Money will return to your wallet.

Just call or drop message to cc to cancel auto renew. They will do instantly. No questions asked

If you don’t have enough money in Wallet for auto-renewal, it will cancel automatically after 15days, just don’t use the account during that time
I recently got it cancelled by contacting thru chat as my balance shows -299, so contact them they will cancel with no charge

as long as you use at least once a month, the money gets refunded by way of cashback. but if you are not even using that, then definitely should call and get it cancelled.
