This auto-renewal idiotic thing happened with me yesterday only.I booked some veg/fruits,total billing was around 665 but on full payment it showed 300 rs added to it for membership auto-renewal
So I had to cancel my order and it returned back

You should be able to cancel it under 15 days.Goto Myaccount select my membership and there you would find the cancel option.
