by writing to their customer care duly stating everything in detail otherwise they will ask the detail one by one per email, by that it completes 30 days may gone by.
Also charges may apply, for which you will have to contact cc and get reversed
There would not be any charges, but whatever they have deducted wouldn't be reversed. My friend had it cancelled but Rs.300(emi processing fee, its gst and some other charges) never gets reversed. Also, they are very slow in responding, might take 7-10 days for replying.
