How to capture screenshot on restricted apps?

I am not able to take screenshot on some applications.
Getting error as “couldn’t capture screenshot”.
I have tried google assistant trick but its not working.
Also tried screen capturing apps on play store but its not working.
I don’t want to root my phone simply for this.
Any one knows trick/solution for this..?

some apps like paypal, daily ninja.
not able to capture screenshot in app.
Though we can log in from web and capture, I want to know if there is any solution for this.
I have no experience in this but try casting your screen to your laptop than take screenshots in laptop or pc

Screen recording apps just facilitate that you are able to record whatever is on the screen, factor of safety is redundant there. You can record the screen with basic adb knowledge, without the help of any apps. The apps just are there with a GUI for amateurs (like me) who can’t use the adb commands. Also Google has already officially brought in screen recording feature from Android 11 so there’s that.

Disable Secure Flag module (by an XDA member) works great. Unfortunately it does require root but at least Xposed/LSPosed is no longer necessary.
