Yes I tried Directly They Don’t Have Permission To Change Mobile Number

They Guide One Process

But It Wasn’t Working 😑

Use your PAN number with the desired Mobile Number when you apply for next New CC/BNPL/Loans, automatically that mobile no. Will also be added in CIBIL.

But when cc companies do cibil check they don’t find the entry against that particular Pan and mobile number combination and soo the application gets rejected.


I tried with Apay ICICI and FK Axis both rejected.

You can try with Pay Later Apps like Simpl/Freecharge/Flipkart/Freo etc with new mobile number and register with CIBIL.

I think you’ll need to update the mobile number on PAN card first then you can apply with PAN and new mobile number and it should reflect in cibil

I have two mobile number associated with PAN Card in CIBIL. I normally use 1 No. For BNPL and other for CCs.

My CIBIL scored not allow to approval
