How to claim Full cashback on late delivery in Dominos

Hi., Today i Order a pizza from dominos but the delivery man reached my location after 30+ minutes. After placing the order i got the confirmation that the pizza will reach and served out in 30 minutes. As contacted with the customer care, he said to contact the outlet manager, I got the phone number from the outlet manager from delivery man and when contacted he said the money will be refunded to me after 3-7 days, My question is Do someone received the cashback/refund after 3-7 days? Do i need to do something more to get the refund? or it will be automatically credited after 7 days?

They either give offer for replacement or refund.

Cmkon man if he got late by 10-15 mins don't claim that. It gives negative rating on the delivery boy's service ,may get scolded/punished by outlet manger also.

As much I agree to this, I somehow feel whenever we go little lenient, SPs take that as granted for rest of their services and customers.

Not saying about Dominos in particular, but nowadays experiencing shitty services from those apps who struggled once to be in the race. I don't know what brought them to the infamous Indian skin..?! 🤔

dominos is increasing price from time to time... you can see the last six months...

and one more thing for late delivery dominos doesn't deduct anything from delivery person...

so i say you should always claim the free coupan or replacement as soon as possible..

in my case: in last some years delivery delayed by more than 10 min, in one case order was delivered after 4 after and that is also cold.. after contacting them they said you can get free replacement of the same order next time but they never provided it.. one time i asked replacement after 10 days they denied saying new month is started we can't give you anything... next time they denied saying one week is passed.. next time they denied saying there manager is changed... complained multiple times no help..

so now a days if the order is late by 5 min i call the manager and asked for coupan or replacement on the very next day...

they claim 30 minute or free but they will always deny it saying some bullshit... so next time your order is delayed asked for coupan or replacement as soon as possible.. if they deny complaint through mail..
