Go to three dots -> Settings -> Storage and Data and then Manage Storage option, you should be able to see which Chat(s) is occupying how much of storage. From there you can delete unwanted data sorting by highest storage

@suplex_city -- Open WhatsApp -- Click the search window and you will see Photos Documents Links Videos

Go to Photos and these are the ones you received on WhatsApp. Check which ones you don't need. Delete.

Repeat for Videos.

This works for iOS as well as Android

Check high traffic group chats, if not important, clear the chat for such groups

WhatsApp can accumulate data over time. To clear it:

1. Go to Settings > Storage and Data > Manage Storage to see what's using space.

2. Clear chats or old media files in the "Manage Storage" section.

3. On Android, you can also clear the app cache under your phone's app settings.

This should free up space.
