FI account is of not much use to me, as not getting offers recently , so thought of closing it permanently.
Please guide on closure steps.

My experience is just the opposite! By claiming rewards I am earning more than Rs 10 everyday

1) At present for 99 points one can try luck one time for cashback upto Rs.10
2) For 149 Points try Swiggy GV or assured cash back up to Rs.10 for 2 times per day.
I usually earn more than Rs.10 in 3 attempts.

Summary :
Fi just freezes fi account for no reason , just by saying unusual activity. Now for their safety they are also lodging cyber police case. Lol. What a joke of a bank. Don't know who gives license to this fraud fintech companies.
