How to close ZestMoney properly

Hi y'all,
I created an account on ZestMoney yesterday but after seeing negative reviews I'm concerned now.
At least I haven't used it yet. So, should I wait or go ahead and close my account. Will that impact my CIBIL score in anyway?
Also, should I email them for closure or just use the app?
Any extra step I should take for a proper closure?
