How to Combine Mobile Exchange and other items in Single order Amazon

I'm placing a mobile order with exchange and it is 28000 and if i add aditional 2000,i get 1500 additional discount.
But since it is exchange order cart not showing other items.
Please suggest

Try clicking on add now instead of buy now after filling exchange details.

At first add to cart other products then go with this phn with exchange

I guess not possible as after applying exchange, Add to cart option disappear, and you cannot add other product in same order, so either you get exchange discount or the additional discount. This is a regular practice from Amazon. Lets see if anyone suggests any other way around.
