How to complain about Jio Fiber

Hi guys!

My Jio Fiber is not yet installed, it’s been a month now. I payed on the 7th March 2021. I daily get SMS’s about the installation being postponed. Have sent emails, spoke to the customer support, even wrote to the appellate authority, made tweets, but in vain.

The service engineer who came the 1st time said the box near my building is full and he will get a new one installed in 3 days, now its 30 days already! The guy who took the payment assured me about service availability.

I am now fed up. Have requested them so many times about issuing a refund. Nobody cares! So irresponsible and unprofessional.

Any suggestions?
