How to complaint against Airtel for their Airtel Digital TV connection?


I am using Airtel black plan (AirtelBroadband+Airtel Dish TV).
The Airtel DishTV connection is not working since the Common Dish which is owned by Airtel is not working for the last two months.
I am paying the DTH monthly Fee clubbed in the Airtel black plan for the last two months.

How to escalate this to TRAI or some one to get back the service and  money already paid to them ?

I only raised tickets by calling 121 and e=sending email to [email protected].
They are visible in Airtel Thanks app.

unbundle black and shift to separate plans. then immediately disconnect DTH

Airtel black is a blackhole designed to loot customers. never fall for it.
