I am trying to make a DIY UV sanitizer box but it is proving very difficult. I recently purchased Philips choke:

But they have not provided any tube connector and wires with it. So how do I connect my tube light to this choke? What extra connector do I need to buy?
I think red side connections should be connected to DC adapter supply and black side 4-pin connections will connect with both ends of UV light.
Post real photos of UV light end connections and lift red, black caps from choke to see what pins are there and what connector is required

What kind of connector do I need to connect to the pins of the lamp? A simple wire cannot connect to these lamp pins.

Yes that I realize. A simple wire can be connected to the choke But a simple wire cannot wrap around the tube pins, right? I will need some special connector to attach to the tube pins. What are those connectors?

Yes yes clamps. You need some suitable clamps/specialized holders
Check with your local electrical shop

yes, those are standard miniaturised tubelight shape (i have seen in my own UV water purifier)
and
it would need the miniaturised holders (similar to the side things of a normal household tubelight).
but did you pay 6-800 for an unbranded light? despite spending on a Philips choke?
I think Philips UV tubes too are hardly 1100 and some ‘Jainsons’ there in NCR sell tge complete (20-25 litre capacity) Philips UV light box itself at 1700-1800.
side mount clips or holders like these. (you can locally check it it fits properly and quality also is better understood offline/ see and touch-feel)

Of-course i understood that you are talking of repurposing tge cable by cutting OFF the two-prong pin and directly attaching the wires to the choke🙂🖒

You get white plastic connectors in market which can be easily slipped on all 4 pins at once. Female pin connector bolte hein in local lingo usko. Take your choke to electric shop, he will give. 5₹ ka aana chaahiye max..

Nope
For full DIY, solder the wires to the tube pins and cover with heat shrink tube.
Next cheap & easy are crimp connectors.
Next is full tube socket

but your idea of custom box is better, as it is scalable.
On recent visits to some malls (like those where Big Bazaar, Hamley’s or Calvin Klein outlets are there) they had custom built units (made of scrap wood¿ or plywood/ particle board?) in which visitor’s bags were put for 10-15 seconds.
If you build your own, it can even be big enough to house your online shopping parcels ..with two three tubes if needed.
or two smaller ones. one for edibles and another for random articles.

On paper it looks good, but i would never prefer Rexine type materials or synthetic fabric or anything with a ‘soft body’/ anthing wobbly for regular use.

Their bulk rates are inching towards 1500INR.🤔 some jhol or all okay¿. although the 1500+ rate is without GST invoice (कच्चा बिल). Final bulk price with GST would be same; 1700-1800.
