How to contact discovery+ customer care service

I have Paid 299 for discovery + subscription but not received subscription. I have transaction ID for the amount paid.
Nobody pick phone at the numbers provided at their website. Also tried their email as [email protected] but it bounced with error as this email id does not exist.
How can I raise the issue and contact with support.
