Charge back file period differs per bank .Call ur bank ASAP .
It’s 30 days from the date of transaction for most government sector banks ,like Sbi,bank of maharashtra.
Call bank cc and ask for form or google the form and send it to charge back email id of BOI

I faced the same issue i added 5000 in payzapp app from my hdfc bank and i got the otp , i entered the same , but the same is not reflecting in the trasaction history , i happened twice. And it got deducted from my bank also.

What next to be done

It been one day no reply from anywhere this is disgusting

Tried to add into payzaap, with Citi credit card, 1000, 1000, 750. All 3 failed, didn’t take screenshot of failure, also no history in payzaap. Debited from credit card. Still not got reversed. More than a month. Thought will get back in some days, but still no. Also, used MobiKwik visa whole loading Ola via payzaap 350, 350 both failed. Only one 350 credited back in 15 days. Another didn’t. It’s too more than a month now. Don’t know what to do….. Any way to get it claimed ? This is serious.
No bank takes so much time .
Contact citi asap for claimng charge back against merchant .
Then register a complaint in pgportal for delay in refund against payzapp .
For mobikwik ,can’t say anything .Wo pahle se hi chor hai .
Still complain about same in pgportal.
I afraid but there is 30 days duration from date of transaction where u can claim for chargeback,but let’s just call up citi as it is a premier bank and u might get fast assistance under chargeback.
