How to deal with manipulation and get my reputation back

So I'm an introvert and I talk less and making a lotbof friends is very hard for me but I still managed to make friendly acquaintances at my current workplace but currently, I'm having a crises. 

There's a horrible manipulative woman in my workplace who spreads false information between others and create a huge fight among others and get them fired! I too felt for her tricks but my mom kept warning about her from the beginning when I told about my co workers behaviors and stuff.

I realized that my mom was right on the 4th month and so I tried to be polite as well as keep my distance from her but by 6th month, I had to my foot down and be firm that I'm not going to stoop so low and do the dirty work as well as do her share of workload. (She always get other males to do her work and the manager is ok with that and on her side as they're from the same damn place. There's lobby existing in almost all workplaces - be it be govt or private).

Anyway, since the day she realized that I can't be control, she became relentless and spread shit about my character and tried to get me fired so many times with her slaves' help but since I'm very efficient (and doing all the workload at a lower salary...).. the boss, his son and grand daughter supported and kept me hired and even gave me a little promotion!

But I'm still sad to see that the former friendly colleagues from other branch stopped talking to me after she told nasty things about me! I can't believe that those ppl don't want to talk to me based on her one sided accusations! I even went out of my esy and talked and explained the situation even the 2 ppl who were her slaves but got fired themselves, thanks to her. But they never listened to me and can't still see her manipulation that caused them to get fired!  

She even steals office miscellaneous cost funds for her own snacks and shopping and they support her! While another tried and he got a final warning!! 

I feel very scared of her now that she will even break my current friend circles or future relationship if she knows them and talk to them!

Heck she's so good at manipulation that I'm afraid that she'll even manipulate my own parents to disown me too! 

I can work peacefully now (without anyone backstabbing me) but I would like to talk with other colleagues and have a laugh with them once in a while instead of cutting me out and ignore me unless for official work. I just want to know if I could ever reversed my tarnish reputation especially when I don't even know what she told about me! 

I did ambush one colleague and forced him to tell me what it was but he just said that it's very terrible and hurtful and didn't want to repeat such words and that he knows I'm not a bad person. But I guess the rest, even the one I thought was my friend ignores me and became her well wisher within 2 days.
