They haven’t changed it yet ( People are still getting mails for early renewal w/ 100rs discount
You will get the mail anytime now ( I got it in june/july w/ 27 days left for expiration )

Fire tv. You can install apps for watching jio tv and their apps paid or free or even games . Here again stick will work without prime.
