As we’re now at the edge of digital India, we usually get cheated or loot ed by different brands out there.
We remain helpless and let it go for the sake of sanity. But yes these cheap brands are needed to get a diplomatic reply from customers, because we’re the customer, fom us they are surviving.
Time to know the way to file complain online/offline to consumer court.
If anyone from the family of DD has filed any complain kindly share your experiences and process of filing it.

Portal like PGPortal and ConsumerHelpline have helped me so far, mostly in any case. I have never approached the court for any problems till now.

Although very recently, the central government has come up with online consumer court complaints filing which files complaint to the respective court online. I still haven’t fully figured out how to file a complaint on it though. Would really appreciate if anyone knows how to file complaint on this new court portal guides us.

Not helpful in my case. I have my 190 refund still pending from TMW. After complaint to consumer helpline tmw asked me to share Id proof and pass book copy for verification for refund. I shared same by email but they never replied or refund either. Consumer helpline also not solved issue and told me to complaint in rbi.

For financial services related complaints PGPortal is the best, then proceed to RBI Ombudsman if not solved.

For consumer complaints in PGPortal, try registering complaint with department of consumer affairs.

At the end we the consumer are getting loss, even the agencies are not working properly. Where we should go? What should we do.. this is why this post is here.. Kindly tag and boost this post so that most and most people get in interaction with this and help us.

There is story. Once upon a time there was a wallet company TMW who provides virtual card for online transaction. It’s beneficial if u don’t want to share ur debit card information on some websites, so we can use tmw card. You can search in desidime you will find various threads. Also search in Google.

Consumer Helpline is useless. they just forward your posted message to the company and company can close after replying to your message.

I have recently posted two complain against GTPL broadband. In that, i had no GTPL cable in my home but GTPL was closing tickets saying issue solved and net is working for 17 days.
GTPL replied that “GTPL don’t have policy to give extension” and Consumer Helpline closed Grievance.
When i asked Consumer Helpline why it has been closed without my confirmation, they told that they are here to convey my message to company but not to solve you issue. and said file complain in Consumer court.

In past, i visited Consumer Court in Ahmedabad couple of time to get information about how to file complain but didn’t get any information.
In fact they scared me by saying that if i file complain, i need to come there any number of time they call me for proceeding and there will be company’s lawyer against me and i will not be able to answer him.
Don’t know he wa saying true or false. but i left thinking to file complain.

Currently checking if any other way is there to file complain online for GTPL.

I think you can file it within 2 years.

India has one of the worst government officials, most of them don’t want to work. Even I had visited consumer court office with my friend in order to seek help for filing case but that lady was taking very rudely. She did not even bother to any simple questions regarding filing case.

If filing case is so difficult and harassing then 1 person will have not been able to win case against bata for charging Rs.3-4 for carry bag. There are many such cases.

I installed TMW app once, and for KYC they asked me to post hardcopies of IDs to their physical address. In this present digital world they were still following some old procedures. I uninstalled it immediately.

for last 3 days it is giving “OTP Sending failed” after opening verification link in e-mail.
Govt websites are really non-sense.

Never faced any issue till now, have registered many people on this portal. Maybe a maintenance issue for their SMS outbound servers, try after some time.

Indian govt are bit lazy when it comes to processing the complaints, I hope there is change in that and that we can have a better staff who can and understand consumer’s pain and being able to get in touch with us via mail, rather than automated bot message which proved to be quite ineffective.
