how to file complaint for amazon cashback not credited

I had purchased a Hawkins Steel cooker on 20th March from Amazon and I was eligible for 10% cashback upto 250. This offer expired on 20th March. Though I received the product but not cashback.

I had screenshot of rewards head line and steps but not terms and conditions.

Today when I contacted amazon customer service 2nd time, they said it is not eligible for cashback because it was only for upi payment but I know its not. There was no such thing mentioned, just that i don't have proof.

Now either I should leave it as it is and accept that i ll not get cashback or if I don't accept that then how to proceed further ?

Any suggestion/information is appreciated.

Amazon cashbacks are usually automatic. Just before ordering page it shows how much cashback u r eligible of. If u dont get the cashbavk automatically its unlikely u will get from customer care. I fought for these kind of things and never got it from cc.

Very unfortunate... I received even though I paid via IDBI DC. Moreover cashback was not visible at checkout as well.

250/- cashback k liye fortune ko kyon blame karna. It seems more because of technical fault. Sirf ego ki baat reh gayee hai ki aise kaise nahi denge or wo bhi mujhe even when I have proofs. stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye

CB is mostly automatic. You should always crosscheck on the final page just before payment, it shows the amount of CB eligible with this order. 

Just raise a ticket with them and forget about it.

Just raise the issue on twitter. Don't share sensitive details openly, use DM for that. Make sure you have proper screenshots of offer and T&C and offer was available in your account. Check on DD, if offer was posted on DD, then it will redirect you to unlocked reward, even if its expired. Then capture screenshots.

I got motivated to reactivate my twitter just for complaints after seeing your multiple posts.

It actually worked for one of my recent complaint and issue was fixed within 2days after highlighting on twitter

Amazon is no more generous, I mean earlier after taking complaint they used to resolve, now all round round esp CB complaints

better leave it, never proceed if CB not shown at final page
