How to get 2nd axis credit card if holding airtel axis cc

Hi,
I recently received Airtel Axis Credit card but wanted to get axis myzone credit card. Is it possible to get 2nd card without applying freshly ? or can anyone guide me on this please ?

You need second card. Many people are struggling for 1st Axis Bank CC. 😝
