how to get Airtel axis card without Airtel number

How to apply for Airtel axis card if I already have a flipkart axis card using a jio number, Customer care on call denied to issue on card to card basis for Airtel card and told to choose some other card, my family has some Airtel numbers but I doubt that it will get rejected because axis already has my pan card link with jio number on Flipkart axis

airtel axis card doesn't need airtel no.
Just download the airtel app, login with any number and check eligibility.
I recently applied via Jio number and got approved on 12th sept.
