How to get Cred - Remind Now option?

Someone said that if we dont use Cred for 1 month, we get Remind Now option instead of Refer Now.
I havent used Cred since 1 month to pay bills, I only opened it to order soap. But I still havent got the Remind Now option. Any advice?
