How to get credit card through EXPERIAN Score

Which banks checks only Experian score for credit card.. because my CIBIL score is low {700} and Experian is 800..

i'm facing this issue since last 5 yrs, have my cibil stuck at 686 and experian always above 840

unfortunately no credit card gives exclusively on experian only
