How to Get Free HEVC Extension From Microsoft(Windows 10)?

On searching HEVC in the Microsoft Store, it costs for 54 rupees. I watched Barnacules Nerdgasm’s video (

I know this thing is out there since quite a time. I admit it is a bit late to make a post about it. But here we go.
