How to get grocery INDORE - my disabled brother is stuck and i can't do anything to help

My brother is disabled and he is stuck in Indore all alone without any grocery. I tried every possible online site but I am just unable to get any grocery. Nagar Nigam won’t pick up call. Big bazaar doesn’t delivery fresh item, just packed food. Any way to get fresh supplies delivered.
Any help is appreciated.

try calling reliance fresh and ask them
in bhopal and jabalpur they are delivering
