Hi,
Is there a way to get millennia debit card lifetime free??
Currently, I have HDFC easy shop platinum visa card.
The bank is showing an upgrade option, but not sure about the charges.
Also, can I use 2 debit cards of HDFC at the same time?
TIA

HNW customers can get it for free. Either LTF or fee reversal.
2 debit cards not possible. Once a new card become active, okd one gets deactivated within 30 days.

Is millenia debit card chargeable for premium banking customers, otherwise?
its free for preferred customers

I have both. platinum is free because it’s preferred account, millenia dc also grouped under same preferred so i thought it won’t be charged. What is your experience, did they say you’ll be charged annual fees?
It’s free for me. HDFC Classic
Millennia DC is free for Classic/Preferred/Imperia account. Why there is a confusion in this? Have they charged anyone for Millennia DC if account is HNW? Debit Card fee page specifically says that charges are waived off for HNW customers, it doesn’t mention any specific card. By default they issue Platinum card as special branding with these account just to make you feel special but that doesn’t mean only Platinum is fee.

It is LTF as all debit card variants are free. You can verify the same via the Upgrade card option in Mobile banking app (latest version) where it says the fee of current card.

My current card is Easy shop platinum and it is free, I can see the upgrade option in the mobile app but I am not sure of the charges
Also, in the net banking I can see that 500/- + GST as charges for upgrading to millenia debit card.

If you are under classic/preferred banking etc, then no charges. Same is mentioned in the NetBanking upgrade page
if we already have millinea debit card and now upgrade to preferred…can we maintain millinea or they will force platinum dc?
