How to get Icici salary account 2nd debit card

I had called but they said visit branch but branch people dont have any idea

You can keep... Only one card... The moment you request for 2nd card... The 1st one will be deactivated in 2-3 weeks of delivery of 2nd card... I also have salary account and tried this stunt.... Failed

You can try for add on debit card for salary accounts... Its free.. And u will get same variant of your current debit card as add on card free... I am not sure of number will be different or same as main card.... You first take main card as rupay platinum... By calling customer care and take add on on it... Lot of savings from rupay platinum card

Login into the guven link using your Internet banking credentials and apply

But after going to this link and login to nb the textboxes are disabled not able to fill anything

ICICI bank Salary account holders get RuPay Platinum debit card free of cost (already 60-70 users here change ICICI visa to RuPay).

Is this process still active? I called customer care today to issue me Rupay Platinum DC. They said they don’t have the option and asked me to connect with the Branch. I have reached out to Deputy Branch Manager. Let’s see. PS: I already hold MC titanium debit, Visa Platinum and The One Visa Debit card. All free due to salary account. For axis also I received same response that it can’t be done via customer care and I need to visit the branch. Couldn’t find any option to do it myself via netbanking for both Axis and ICICI

I already told, you need to force them to issue the card or told them your friends are already got ICICI RuPay card.

Just few days back, one person call ICICI customer support,

customer support executive told him, RuPay card is only apply through ICICI branch

then he told him, what are you saying ? today my colleagues apply through ICICI customer support.

then customer support executive told him, let me check and after few mins he told him done.

Now he already got Virtual RuPay card (Platinum) on imobile app and physical card will delivered within 7-10 days.

if you virtual card transaction will failing then wait for physical card delivry to get correct cvv number.

Also activate e-com payment before use.

Finally connected with a lady of culture who agreed to issue the card. She was asking me why do you want the card and where you found it. I told I’m looking for lounge access which my other cards don’t have. She said Rupay cards don’t have lounge access. She asked me the ICICI website where I saw that and the only platinum debit card that’s present is visa platinum and still I insisted even if there is no lounge access, I need the card on Rupay platform. So, finally she agreed to issue the rupay card with 150 fee (free for me as salary account). Hopefully it’ll be Rupay platinum and not regular Rupay debit card. For Axis, I’ve less hopes though as their customer care is usually bad. Will try through branch. Thanks for the guidance

Don’t know what that lady of culture did from ICICI. I can see another The One Visa debit card starting with bin 465514. 😑

Call again, thora bhari awaj (Harsh voice) me baat karo. Pyar se baat karoge toh yehi hoga.

Bohut easily milte hai ICICI se ab RuPay debit card.

Also told him/her that if you apply for any card other than RuPay, then I will complaint against you.

Thanks. Finally got my first rupay platinum debit card after escalating to Level 2 Head of Phone banking. 😄 Holding SBI IRCTC Rupay Platinum Credit card since more than an 1.5 years but sadly no Amazon load money offers or airport lounge access on that 😔
