Need to submit invoices/statement of mobile recharge in office for tax savings purpose. However, the site/app has data only for last 6 months.

I did this for jio-fiber connection but, No use they respond with same details of availability of six month data only and if you push further they will left you hanging with the response that “your concern is forwarded to related department”
I am going through same issue. Support team is not able to help. Jio must share the invoice in email after payment is done. Rather than these useful things they keep pushing ads only. Really absurd and sad affairs..
