If you are spending enough in a year or splurge for let's say 6 months internationally .. You can send them an email asking for LTF conversion.
Although I don't understand the infatuation with LTF when these cards give you huge huge rewards in just a month.

Currently they only give the metal card for ltf only to Celebrities,Civil Service officers etc. If you have the plastic card you can try contacting them.

Very hard to make it LTF..
I tried was unsuccessful..may be RM not that capable . But who cares .This month I make around 12K points .😂

Not correct. Metal card was given as upgrade/renewal to many I know. It is still being issued if you ask them with the updated 12k fees.

U can get ltf only if getting an upgrade and have very good limit already atleast 10lac
