How to get LTF credit card (preferably HDFC) for senior citizen?

I am wondering how to get LTF credit card for a senior citizen with no income (except house rental)?
Preferably HDFC because the person already has HDFC savings bank account.
Even a small credit card basis FD will be OK.
No Addon cards please, as the card must be linked to this person’s mobile number.
