3.Syndicate bank and canera bank. - Issue rupay Platinum debit card for any account variants except basic savings bank account. 47 so you need to contact the home branch
4.Allahabad bank-issue 5 rupay platinum card with no annual fees.For issuance you need to contact the home branch
****Federal Bank do not issue rupay Platinum debit card. ICICI bank and HDFC Bank also issue rupay Platinum debit card with any account issuance fees is more than 500 and cannot be called loot.

What’s Amazon loot?
It’s not loot as the offer is valid only till march 2021. Rupay so far hasn’t extended any offers.

ICICI bank issue 2 variant of RuPay Platinum debit card.
1) normal RuPay Platinum International debit card, charges is under Rs200
2) RuPay ‘Coral’ Platinum International debit card, charges is under Rs500+
HDFC Bank RuPay Platinum debit card issuance fees Rs200+GST

PNB bank also issue RuPay Platinum debit card with zero balance account.
SBI RuPay Platinum debit card, apply through your SBI Bank branch.
Bhai you can cross sbi off the list for majority of users because even in NCR region my branch told me they can only issue rupay classic variant & not platinum variant for which they need to “consult with zonal head office”(their own words).

I didn’t say to open bank account. If we have account in this Bank we can get the debit card
Open SBM Bank India Saving account and get 5% interest on monthly basis and get RuPay Platinum debit card + Free Lounge Access (Free unlimited withdrawals at all bank ATMs)
