How can i apply with C2C basis?

I did not know SBI approving cashback card now a days.
Applied through sprint, approved instantly with a lame limit of 20K but I'm happy with it.

Login to SBI card website, you will see virtual card details and cvv.

I hold simplyclick and ola money sbi card. My cashback application got rejected twice saying internal policy
Sbi allows 3 card per user still not sure why application getting rejected

* Transfer Credit Limit from Existing SBI credit card - Process *
1. Call up SBI Card CC 1860 500 1290
2. Select the option 1 after selecting language, key in your details as asked and choose talk to an agent option.
3. Place a request to transfer (x amount) credit limit from card ending xxxx to CB card ending yyyy.
4. Agent asks 2/3 verification questions and asks for final consent.
5. CL is transferred immediately and visible on app/web portal. You get a confirmation SMS too.
