How to get security deposit from college

Hey guys do anyone of you know how to file a complaint and where to complaint against a college if they won’t give you back your security deposit. They are asking me to submit my id card (I think they lost there mind) i passed in 2k17 and they want my id card to claim security deposit. *Who hold a college id card for 3-4 years ?
I’ve submitted my degree/marksheet/some fee receipt.
Is there any way to file a official complaint or any way to get the security deposit?

Try writing application to Dean/principal for the same. Try to get bonafide certificate if you can’t get college id card. If security amount is higher (5 digit) then give 3 digit currency to that shitty ass head babu.

Not recombined:- If nothing works then you are a rebel, steal a desk bench chair books, break glass bench chair, paint their walls or last burn the college. 🥺

Did the same. I gave 300₹ to the peon and got the job done. 🙂🙂🙂
I actually gave it as a placement treat, he did the job for as low as 50₹ or free if the student didn’t get placement. 🙂
