I made a payment via my sbi cc on a website, money got debited but the page was stuck (payu biz gateway).
Now i can see in my credit card app that transaction date, description and amount but i can’t see the transaction id.
Is there any option or amy way where i can get the transaction id?

Got the transaction reference number from customer care via call..
Shared that transaction ref with the payment gateway (payubiz), they confirmed it was successful and shared the merchant id.
Approached merchant with the details but they are not replying.
Meanwhile – raised a chargeback on my card.

But for settled trans, the trans id is not available.
You will receive a refund. Don’t worry. My also payment was stuck in payu gateway on 1st March. Today around 4 PM I received the refund.
Sbi refund usually comes within 5days

Directorate of panchkula, a govt website
That has no customer care or email address

The point is , i was asked the transaction id by an agent, he said he will manually get the status updates on the website.
That’s why i was looking for the id.
Any idea, in how much time i can raise a dispute, is there any time window?
