How to increase concentration in work/study?

Wake up early and do atleast 30 min meditation
try changing your way of thinking
try not to give a fck on matrers
try to be partial
try to think from opposite side or other side/angle
think Positive be positive remain strong
So where to give ?
On floor or on Table.
There is no known method to mankind to increase concentration.
Dont say that bro, give some hope, funda.
Take a large home/personal loan, it is the best motivation to make you love your job and perform well.
Believe me nothing would help unless you keep your phone switched off and maybe in drawer or smwer away while stdying in current scenario.
The only way I think is to eliminate the phone completely!! 24 hours will seem 48 hours. Go vegan, learn to say no. Filter best friends from friends. Practice yoga. By doing this all the unwanted noise will be reduced and you will be left with healthy mind, healthy body, free time and positive people, Hence concentration will be amplified greatly. Good luck

Do whatever that excites you. Then I am assuming, you have taken everything as per your own preference. I always say, concentration stuff is an overrated thing. For example, we watch movies, listen to songs, read story books and we don’t realise we have just watched a 3 hr long feature film or have finished a 1000 page book.
We struggle with concentration because we choose the wrong things for us. Any tips will temporarily solve the issue. It’s not a long term solution though. For example if you need to be slim n you gotta do fasting everyday, exercise rigorously everyday, then it would defeat the purpose of it. I mean you see soldiers doing that extremely difficult stuff at the training, do you really think that they do that for the rest of their career. I mean they suffer from a lot of injury but they focus on other aspects of their career and yearly they give fitness test 2-3 times that’s it.
So, my solution will be
1);to divide the job into small bites.
2)Plan properly. Without a plan, you plan to fail.
3)Deal with small problems sincerely
4) Don’t deal with a problem for too long as you will be burnt out after a while and you ll loose interest.
5) Don’t try to start from the scratch everytime. Just a wastage of time bro.
6) Have a strong critic and a good morale booster with you.
7) I will not talk about physical and mental stuff because we never stop till we are doing our favourite jobs. And not many of us are entitled to do so. So, I ll just say Google around, see the previous comments.
8) It’s not a rocket science to get recovery. Because if you are doing something you love, you gonna never stop learning n implementing new things. 🙂🙂🙂 So, try to appreciate whatever you are doing as a job or change it. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Delete desidime, social media, and move to a feature phone if possible
Wake early , have proper sleep , proper food, create a time table , practice light exercises and yoga (Surya namaskar, etc.) / meditation, try alpha music if that helps you
