How to install wallpeper around bulb, tubelights, curtain holders?

My wall has bulb, tubelight and some other things fixed on the wall.
So how do I install a wallpaper to properly go around these things? Do I need to remove all of these fixtures first?

Better remove fixtures, and stick the wall paper. You will get a good fit/looking. Else you may have to brainstorm on becoming a layout engineer, make provision in the wallpaper and eventually mess. If you decided to remove the fixtures, do mark while sticking, else you may end up trying to fix the fixtures at wrong locations.
