How to leave chewing tobacco eating habit

i eat around 5-6 pouches of vimal/rajnigandha or any other pan masala with tobacco…i want to quit but not able to do it.. please suggest something so that I leave this habit.. it will be dangerous for me in long run.. but I cant live without it more than 2-3 hours..i feel strong urge to consume it.

Use chewing gum as a substitute…i know it’s not the easy, but it will give something to chew on and keep your mouth busy

I believe that any bad habit you want to leave is by procrastinating to do it. So I would say delay it for few hours. Then again when you get to that time, again delay it. Keep delaying it until you lose interest in it.

u cant quit immediately, if u r eating 10 pouch daily then for the next 15-20 days, try only 9 pouch then for another month 8 pouch daily, gradually decrease ur daily quota to 1 or 2 pouch daily in next 4-5 months…

use nicorette chewing gum..

people cant potty if they dont chew tobacco in early morning if u r one of those people then u will have to give a real tough fight..

Everytime you eat something like this can you transfer Rs1000 to my account. (Or may be donate to some Govt fund)

This is a good advice. Try decreasing the quantity gradually.

Constipation can be avoided easily by home made remedies and taking High fiber diet.

First as said it won’t happen overnight it will take time and can only be slowed down gradually else you will completely stop it for few days and then will go back to normal.

Next more you think about quitting it more harder it will be. Less you will think of it less urge you will fell to do it.

Every habits have some other connected triggers which usually leads to it like smoking in early morning while going to fresh etc. You need figure those out and either kill them or find to stop it via them.

Last habits can’t be removed but can only be replaced by some other habits so fill those gaps with new better & brighter things.

All of above things are true for all kind of habits but it’s easier said then being done a very strong will is very much required for get rid of addiction or such habits. Different thing’s work for different people so you need to figure it out yourself.

Take some saunf/fennel seeds and coconut pieces. Roast em lightly. Add some sugar to it and keep the mixture in a tiny container. Chew on them.

Slowly try to decrease it’s frequency. And within some months , you can get rid from this

Bro Niko tex or…chew any thing like fennel seed, cardamom,mitha -pan etc. Suddenly don’t stop slowly reduce limit first stop vimal replace with lime-tobaco (local) .

Koi na koi to bolega ladki ki family me se.. Mostly pasand ni karte aise ladke ko…

Waise gutka aajkal zyada chalne laga h.. Even i feel chewing tobacco se accha lagta h .. Smoking se zyada feel ni aata h tobacco ka

buy hay and chew it all day, it’s not bad for health as in addition it will supply fiber to your body.

Or in the place of tobacco start using tea powder, its similar like tobacco. You can chew the tea powder all day or else put it inside your lips which people usually do.

You should make some small program and device and plugin into OP’s body, the program should be like ON chewing tobacco directly 1k gets deducted from his bank account and credit to your bank account. So in worry of 1k debits, be would stop it.

BTW its a good idea, keep it up bro @Sudarshan61 u should work on this project it would be very popular.

Mind gets habituated of chewing, you can try with simple steps, keep few chwingums handy, fennel seeds(roast it for tasty), bettel nuts(it possible get roasted one its very tasty i eat sometimes when i feel low, and if you have patience you can try this, get pan leafs and white and brown paste, and roasted bettel nuts wen ever you feel urge u can make pan with roasted bettel nuts you can chew for some time around 20mins. And dont add cherry sweet or bla bla keep simple plain pan

If possible try not keeping money with you for few days or these pan masala pouches , this will somehow stop u from buying them. Or in place of pan masala keep pouches of candies etc . But first of all u have to fight inside ur mind as u & only u can do it to stop these bad habits
